Rock Day went well and I was happy with sales. Since then I’ve been working on some projects while restocking on roving for dyeing (Merino, Superwash Merino, Domestic Wool blend, Kid Mohair) and other supplies.
I have quite a few fleeces to wash, but since I do most of my fleece washing outdoors and temps are frigid, I’ve been working on processing some washed fiber and pulling out fiber for some blends.
Here is a look at some of the fiber I dyed this past summer…
Carded Batts and hand spun yarn (1 silk, 1 wool) from silk and wool I dyed using Daylily and Hardy Hibiscus blooms from my garden. I have uncarded dyed fiber also available. Each batch varies slightly in shade of green, all look beautiful together. If these are not sold before I finish my current projects, I will be using them for a gallery exhibit project.

If you are interested in any of these or some of the loose fiber that isn’t yet carded, please let me know.
